End of Sales for Microsoft 365 and Office 365 with Teams in the European Economic Area

As previously announced in August 2023, Microsoft will end the sale of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 w/Teams Enterprise suites (Office 365 E1/E3/E5 and Microsoft 365 E3/E5) in the European Economic Area (EEA) starting February 1, 2024. These SKUs will no longer be visible on the CSP price list from this date forward. Partners should use the most recent price list prior to the end of sale date for pricing details on these SKUs. Partners focusing on Sweden and Norway, in particular, should refer to the February 2024 (Preview) new commerce License-based services Price List for upcoming price alignment adjustments.

Microsoft have enhanced the "Invoice-ready" notification template to improve user experience significantly. The updated template will now include critical details such as partner name, tenant ID, country/region, invoice number, and invoice date, allowing partners to make informed decisions easily.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 Now Generally Available Through CSP Partners

General availability of Copilot for Microsoft 365 through CSP partners, removing the minimum seat purchase requirement and including Office 365 E3 and E5 licenses. Copilot for Microsoft 365 is now generally available for transaction through Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners. This release is designed to make AI capabilities accessible to customers of all sizes, removing the minimum seat purchase requirement. The offering is available for commercial and education customers with eligible base SKUs.
NCE Price List Preview Error and Increase in Windows 365 Margins

As previously communicated, an error in the January NCE price list preview erroneously displayed triennial SKUs for certain Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products, which will be corrected in a future publication. Additionally, we have increased the margins for Windows 365 Business, Enterprise, and Frontline editions for CSP partners, effective January 1, 2024.
